1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • The return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons, such as beauty products, intimate items, and personalized orders.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items marked as “final sale”
  • Personal care, intimate, or hygiene-related products
  • Digital/downloadable items

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Refund processing typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if:

  • They are defective
  • They arrive damaged
  • You received the wrong item

If you need an exchange, please contact us at support@bloomsparkstore.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

5. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it.
After processing begins, we are unable to cancel the order.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at support@bloomsparkstore.com with:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the item
  • Description of the issue

We will replace the item or issue a refund depending on the situation.

7. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
